Guided by a humanistic perspective, she brings creativity and authenticity to every session. Bella works with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and older adults in memory care, using music to encourage connection, self-expression, and emotional well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, twin baby boys, and her dogs. Having started violin at just three years old, she found it difficult to step away from the instrument when entering college, which led her to discover music therapy, the perfect blend of music and psychology! During her studies, Mary also learned to sing and play guitar and piano. Through music therapy, she works with both children and adults, helping them achieve personal goals and experience the healing power of music. Passionate about introducing music as a meaningful tool for growth and connection, Mary’s bubbly personality brings creativity and care to all that she does. After hearing about music therapy for the first time at just 12 years old, Kinsey spent the next decade and a half learning how to sing, play instruments, and take the best possible care of the people around her. As a Colorado State University graduate, Kinsey also has a strong neuroscience-based approach to music therapy. Every intervention is grounded in research and delivered with compassion. Kinsey is passionate about fostering every avenue of communication with her clients and is conversational in ASL! In 2024, Kinsey presented on sensory regulation tools at the Midwest Regional Music Therapy Conference, and continues to center sensory needs in her practice.
